Observations can be conducted on live plant OR using simulated working environments and will always strive to have minimal impact to productivity.

Candidates can be also assessed against accredited programmes and certified as competent utilising appropriate 3rd party accredited qualifications such as NVQ or SVQ's.

 

NVQ's

An NVQ (National Vocational Qualification, or SVQ for Scotland) in the UK is a work-based qualification that assesses a person's competence in a specific job role. It is designed to demonstrate that an individual has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.

Our Assessors will work with each candidate to ensure competence through simulated practical demonstrations of skills, workplace observations, and the collection of evidence from the workplace. This can include portfolios of work, witness testimonies, and reflective accounts.

NVQ's for International Learners

International Learners are not permitted to work in the UK due to visa restrictions. To enable access to these qualifications for our learners we work with providers with accredited Pilot Plant. This enables us to award NVQ certification for activities assessed in a simulated work environment.

Competency Assurance Service

Competency Assurance is the process of evaluating workforce knowledge and skills to identify any gaps. The outcomes of this assessment can then be used to develop training programs aimed at addressing these gaps.

Success of the process is measured through a final evaluation against internationally recognized third-party standards.
