Refund policy

Training courses which have been booked and paid for through World Class Skills with 3rd Party providers are subject to the cancellation policy entered into with the 3rd Party training provider or programme.

Where World Class Skills is the training provider and where a contract has not been entered into which supersedes this:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of planned delivery must still be paid for in full.
  • Cancellation within 1 week will be subject to an administrative charge of 20%
  • Cancellation with more than 1 week notice, provided in writing and received during working hours, will receive a full refund.

We will always work with you to help rearrange or reschedule.
