Skills Vouchers are issued by World Class Skills Ltd. We will only share your information with our partners once you submit a course booking form for one of our courses.

Vouchers can only be redeemed against approved training programmes offered by World Class Skills. If you would like any clarity on the issuance or redemption of our vouchers please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Terms and Conditions for Training Gift Vouchers

1. Voucher Issuance
   Gift vouchers are issued by World Class Skills and can be used towards training courses and assessments offered by us through our Partner Organisations.

2. Validity Period
   Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. After this period, any unused balance will be forfeited.

3. Redemption
   Vouchers can be redeemed at point of course application. The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. Your booking will only be confirmed once this gift voucher balance has been verified.

4. Non-Transferable
   Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

5. Partial Redemption
   If the total cost of the training exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the voucher holder. If the total cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all training courses. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, the voucher holder will be notified and may use the voucher for a future date.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   World Class Skills is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

8. Changes to Terms
   World Class Skills reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to voucher holders.

9. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
